    Also note that the NCCTC Administration is in the process of updating its policy manual and a more specific policy reflecting “Right to Know” process if forthcoming. In the meantime, the school is complying with the rules established by the Pa Open Records Regulations. The Standard Right-to-Know form, also below in PDF format, should be used by members of the public to request records from the NCCTC.     "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS" - BEFORE APPLYING TO CO-OP PROGRAM

    1. Student MUST be at least 16 years old
    2. Student MUST have completed 70% of task list
    3. Student MUST have a minimum 90% GPA & a passing grade in all subjects at home school
    4. Student MUST be in 12th grade & able to graduate at conclusion of school year
    5. Student MUST have a letter of recommendation from their instructor for co-op prior to applying
    6. No more than 3 unexcused absences prior to application
