Also note that the NCCTC Administration is in the process of updating its policy manual and a more specific policy reflecting, the “Right to Know” process if forthcoming. In the meantime, the school is complying with the rules established by the Pa Open Records Regulations. The Standard Right-to-Know form, also below in PDF format, should be used by members of the public to request records from the NCCTC. Public Records-Board Policy #801 Standard Right-to-Know Request Form. "Right to Know request will only be fulfilled if submitted by a person that is a legal resident of the United States. Anonymous request will not be fulfilled."
